Celtic Roots TV show?

I've been playing around with an idea for a Celtic Roots TV show - similar in format to our podcast, but featuring really good quality videos submitted by artists, with links/intros filmed live in front of a studio audience in Belfast (to give it a bit of atmosphere!), and maybe with resident local musicians doing a few tunes. The videos would be shown on a video projector to the studio audience.

It would include bits of craic, which would be filmed at specific scenic locations around Ireland (we could even film in Scotland, Isle of Man, or further afield?)

I think this would definitely be do-able, but it would involve a LOT more work than a podcast, and would need a paying TV outlet, (not just shown on the internet!) to justify it.

I wonder what you think of this idea?
